Our story began over a decade ago when our founder, originally from the heart of Transylvania — Cluj, Romania — brought with him not only his family, but also time-honored recipes and a deep passion for traditional butchery.
Every product you see behind our counters is more than a cut of meat — it’s a reflection of craftsmanship, heritage, and care. Our specialty lies in fresh meats (pork, beef, lamb, and chicken), as well as smallgoods — handcrafted on-site every single day. From our rich Romanian and Hungarian sausages to salamis, hams, and our signature jumări and Vienna sausages, each bite carries the story of where we’ve come from and the community we now call home.
Our customer base includes Romanians, Hungarians, Poles, Croatians, Serbians, Macedonians, Russians, and Australians who crave the authentic flavors of Europe. We’ve grown to become a staple destination for families who shop weekly, stocking up on their favorite traditional smallgoods, as well as busy locals who stop in twice a week for fresh meat and specialty items.
